高三上学期班主任工作计划 高三是学生高中阶段最重要的一年。作为班主任,在这比较特殊的一学年里,我计划在继续规范学生行为习惯的基础上,更加关注学生的思想动态,学习状态。为此,我工作的重心主要是营造一个良好的班级氛围和学习环境,稳定学生情绪,激励学生以饱满的热情投入到高三备考中。 本学期,我计划从以下几方面开展工作: 一、守秩序,挤时间,提成绩。 无规矩不成方圆。要想有一个浓郁的学习氛围,良好的班级秩序、班级纪律是前提和保障。因此,每位学生应该听从班级的安排,遵守班级的规章制度,把更多的时间用在学生上,而不是花费在对提升自己无用的事情上。为此,我计划再次强调以下行为习惯,并且要常抓不懈纪律: 1、全天一身校服,不能穿其他服装,佩戴自己的胸卡,也不要跟老师找借口,而不穿校服。(学校要求,不穿校服,不能进教学楼和宿舍,作为高三的学子,我们穿校服,更主要的是,不想让你们把大量的时间花在穿着打扮上,而应该以学生的身份,出现在校园。) 2、不能随便请假,一般情况免开贵口。如需请假,需先让家长联系班主任,再彼此同意之后,再准假,这一点,希大家回家,转达给自己的父母,并且,严格要求自己,争取不请假,而是安心的在学校用心复习。 3、手机不准带进教学楼,一经发现,无任何理由,跟家长回家反思。 4、让学生不要给自己找麻烦,主要是情感问题。感情应该是甜蜜的,但,现在给学生带来的是麻烦。主要是学习压力不容分心,还有我觉得高中时候谈恋爱太麻烦了,首先你得偷偷摸摸的,不能被老师和家长知道了。但是一定会被发现的,接着又是一次又一次的被找去谈话。最后尽顾着烦了,什么甜蜜的感觉都没有了。考上了大学之后天南地北就都分手了。好多大学的同学觉得与其费心劳神的找个女朋友还不如安心的好好学习,学一点安身立命的本事比寻求那些短暂的甜蜜要有意义得多。我给大家的建议是,我们不妨做三年高中僧,千万不要到了最后发现自己浪费了太多的时间和精力而自责和苦恼。 5.抓好两操。尤其是课间操,坚持天天锻炼,甚至是坚持陪学生一起跑步,哪怕是下雨天,也坚持组织学生在教室做一些适当的运动。 6.尽最大努力改善学生的习惯。首先是要学生注重细节,包括做好笔记、整理卷子、收拾书桌等。其次是要学生按规律做事,学会控制自己的时间。再次是要学生具备专注做事的能力,学生大多是能专注地玩,不能专注地学,这样是不可能学好的。再次是培养学生定期或不定期总结的习惯,以便进一步发扬优点,及时改掉缺点,这样才能进步。另外,还要培养学生良好的卫生习惯,主要是认真值日,管理好自己周围的环境卫生,因为整洁的教室能给人轻松愉快的感觉。最后,还要管住个别学生的言行举止,及时提醒,及时引导,尽到老师应尽的义务。 最后,要让学生养成认真听安排的习惯 ,在老师布置任务时,要认真听,不要事后再问,要靠自己,不要来是依赖别人,养成一种凡事都能认真的习惯。 7、时间是提高成绩的保障。时间就像海绵里的水,挤一挤,总是有的。高三不要老是想着放假休息,把太多的精力用在那些与自己前途无关的事情上,这就是对自己的最大的不负责任。我们应该利用别人休息的时间来充实自己,使自己在今后的竞争中占据优势地位。而合理有效利用时间是快速提高成绩的法宝。只有足够的时间高效的用于学习,学生才会更加扎实地更加全面地掌握知识,这样,才能稳步地提高成绩。 俗话说:良好的开端是成功的一半。开学初的入学教育上,我就给学生提出了这样的要求:入班即静,入座即学。要想营造这样的学习氛围,离不开老师的教育督促。为此,我计划,开学初,每天尽量早进教室,在讲桌上办公,隐形地提醒学生应该早进教室,这样,在教室里,学生也能尽快进入学习的状态;慢慢地,在安排值日班干部,规定合适地学生进教室的时间,让值日班干部每天定时坐到讲台上学习,顺便监督、负责学生的学习情况,在这段时间里,我以突击进教室为主,观察、关注学生的学习动态,利用课余时间,随意地与班干部、不同层次的学生了解班级学生学习状况,尽量让多有学生都可以自觉地学起来。 在高三,我会在继续规范学生行为习惯的前提下,全力营造浓郁的高考氛围,让学生尽早进入紧张而愉悦的学习状态。 二、鼓干劲,定目标,下决心。 1、充分利用班会时间,稳定学生情绪,激励学生以饱满的热情投入到高三备考中。 高三是高中阶段最关键的一年,能否顺利考上理想的大学,全靠这一年的坚持不懈的努力。既来之,则学之。既然我们选择了高三,我们就选择奋斗,我们就选择了吃苦,我们就选择了为常人所不能为,到高考之前,任何一位学生都有希望,有机会,因此,我们要相信自己,勇敢大胆的喊出:“我能行”。 当然,我们也不能不切实际的空喊口号,我们应该根据自己的实际情况,给自己定一个更高一级的目标,在这一年的时间里,时刻以此来鼓励自己坚持下去,直到目标实现的那一刻。 例如: 通过主题班会、讲座,让学生了解和认识高考形势和动态,以及高考对人生的影响,强化高考在学生心目中的分量,激发学生的参与热情和对知识的渴望。 通过往届考生的经验教训和心理体验的交流,消除学生对高考的恐惧感、陌生感,让学生零距离地感悟高考。 通过主题班会和高考理想的规划,激发学生对理想追求的欲望和对高考的亲近感。 2、 用座右铭来激励自己斗志。 为了让学生在懈怠放松时,能够有一股力量快速刺激、激励学生及时调整心态。我要求学生根据自己的爱好和努力方向,在自己桌子的右上角张贴上自己喜欢且能给自己鼓励,督促自己坚持的名言警句,让它可以时刻督促自己应该继续坚持奋斗,激励自己的斗志。 3、文化氛围影响人。在教室粘贴一些对学生有激励性的语言,让这些正能量包围着学生,学生也能时时处处受到正能量的熏陶,一边学生也能调整、稳定自己的情绪,以饱满的热情投入到学习中。 4、学习生活有节奏,有规律。 督促学生做好计划,合理安排学习时间,处理好闲暇时间,并且形成学习生活规律,跟上节奏,不要过快,也不要过慢,在一张一弛中调整状态,以最佳的身心投入学习生活。 5、关注学生思想动向,及时做好心理引导。 人有智力高潮低潮时,情绪也同样,所以作为班主任,我会密切关注学生的思想动向。对班级中出现消极悲观思想的学生,要及时做工作,让学生始终保持乐观进取的心态;对班级整体出现思想波动现象时,要及时做心理辅导,使学生达到情绪平稳,能够以最佳的状态继续前行。 三、找对手,寻合作,求共赢。 有竞争,才会有动力,有合作,才会更好地查漏补缺快速提升自己。在这一年,老师希望每位学生,找一位自己的合作竞争助手,在相互的督促、监督、鼓励、帮助之下,实现共赢。 1、通过座位的调配,激发竞争合作意识。高三,座位的分配相当重要,优等生希望“强强互补,以求更强”,中等生希望“高人点拨,以求突破”,后进生也希望“寻求帮助,争取进步”。针对学生的这种心理,每次考试之后,或者根据学生的表现,把进步幅度大和成绩名列前茅的学生安排到优等座位,并坚持“学生自选,老师调配”的原则,这样,学生们就会形成一种竞争、合作的学习氛围。 2、通过模拟考试分析,查漏补缺,激励学生。 每次模拟考后,让学生分析自己的考试情况,看到自己的长处, 树立信心,找出自己存在的问题,知识掌握的情况,系统性,灵活性如何,能力怎样,应试心理的把握情况等方面,克服盲目性。对上述情况找每个同学谈话了解,谈话间,以鼓励为主,提出希望,让学生感受到老师的关心,倍增信心。同时让学生确立下次的目标,通过实现目标,完成目标情况与未完成情况的比较,找差距、找原因、以求得在下一次考试中实现突破。 四、齐抓共管,形成合力,共创辉煌。 开好“两会”(家长会和动员会),经常跟家长、科任老师了解情况,协调科任、家长、学生的关系,争取做到多力合一,帮助学生实现自己的大学梦。我尤其是会经常和科任交流沟通,及时掌握班级情况,商量解决办法。 我认为班级管理要落到实处,应该把工作的重心切实地放在学生身上,替学生着想,树立正确的舆论导向,营造积极向上的学习氛围。同时,要教育学生努力按要求来约束自己,形成良好的自律意识与习惯。对表现突出的给予表彰奖励;对违反纪律的学生,注意批评的方式方法,同时积极给于帮助,让学生都能够朝着既定的目标奋力前行。
